The site is blocked because the audio is stored in Dropbox and streamed via Dropbox's API, through such a link: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/apitl/....
The link does not have a unique identifier that identifies media streaming from the jmusic.me site and not from other site.
Opening the API streaming completely is not possible as it will also open media streaming from other problematic content sites.
Opening the streaming only from this site is also not technically possible since there is no unique identifier in the url that can be linked to this site.
Alternative sites open in NetFree can be used
