It is necessary to completely eliminate the need of NOD32 to check security certificate:
Go to Advanced settings > Internet & Email > SSL/TLS > Enable protocol filtering SSL/TLS, Uncheck it.
Note that this setting will disable ESET's protection from untrusted certificates.
