The NetFree Anywhere 2 software has to connect to different addresses in order to function properly. Occasionally there is a blockage in the router's (or device's) built-in firewall. The firewall is designed to block viruses and various dangers that endanger the security of information, but occasionally even legitimate addresses are mistakenly blocked as a safety factor. The network manager should be contacted and asked to exclude them from the firewall.
