Windows updates is blocked
By default, windows updates are blocked via RL, for the purpose of saving network traffic, to change the setting contact the provider, although not recommended, as this can use up a tremendous amount of data. (You can check if this is a problem caused by the personal filter settings or caused by the ISP by accessing this link http://update.microsoft.com/test, if it appears 404, it's not a vendor's block).

A CAPTCHA image does not come back from the test
Description: There are various sites that, in order to ensure that the answer is not generated by a computer, they use a captcha image that includes letters or numbers that appear distorted on the screen and the user has to identify them and type them. These images usually change each time the images on the page are refreshed, so if the image is set to be sent to the test, then it will always appear fuzzy due to the image refresh mechanism.

Solution: You must send a ticket via NetFree's Support System with the link of the variable image. It is better to also send the address of the page itself.

Description: The video files on this site are streamed by default through the Vimeo site, but for the benefit of various filter users, the site is set to recognize that if the video address is blocked, it is automatically redirected to their server instead of to Vimeo.
In NetFree, this redirection does not work, so you have to send a separate request for each video (like all other Vimeo videos).

Solution: Install this extension.

The connection has been disconnected from the NetFree account
It may be because of one of the following reasons:

1) The connection was disconnected by human interaction on the page of filter-settings] (Or by a community manager) intentionally or accidentally. If so, it can be reconnected like a new connection.

2) Connection was inactive for a month, connections are automatically disconnected from the account if not used for a month (except VPN connections), in this case it can also be reconnected.

3) When there is a minus in your account and no payment method is specified within 15 days, the connection is disconnected from the account, and can not be reconnected to the account until after a payment method has been updated.

Changing Windows from English to Hebrew in NetFree
When buying a new computer from abroad it usually comes in English.

In order to also be in Hebrew, you need to download a language kit through the Microsoft store.

The problem is that the store is closed in NetFree.

The solution to this is to log in here and click "Get" and when the store opens, click on "Get" again.

On the same site, all apps that are approved by NetFree can be downloaded by finding them and clicking "Get" (this way the store opens on the page of the app and is not blocked by NetFree).
