In Windows 10, there is a limited mode named S Mode, it limits the pc and you can't install apps except from the Windows Store (which is blocked almost entirely by NetFree).

To switch from S mode to normal mode, there is a dedicated application for this in the Windows Store, and it is open on NetFree, but its installation in Netfree requires a NetFree security certificate, and the certificate installation software does not work as long as they are in S mode.

The solution is [[Installing certificate on computer manually| to manually install the certificate]], ''' Restart Your Computer''' and then install the [https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4456067/windows-10-switch-out-of-s-mode exit safe mode app] from the store.
