NetFree Filtering Service costs 15 ₪ (NIS) per month for each provider connection, and 20 or 30 ₪ (NIS) for [[NetFree VPN|NetFree's VPN users]] [depending on the VPN server].

Joining NetFree and using its services is with the opinion that there is a prior forgiveness for any mistake made with the calculation. If you find an Mistake in your account it is your duty to notify NetFree so that they can correct it. If you do not notify us within three months, this will be considered complete forgiveness.

===Method of payment calculating===

The monthly payment is calculated for every active Internet connection associated with your account, an inactive connection will not be charged.

Payment is calculated by civil calendar month (all times are calculated by World Clock UTC), for a connection disconnected or connected in the middle of the month - payment is calculated proportionally by the number of days in that calendar month.

Definition of disconnected is at least 15 consecutive days without any browsing, disconnected and connecting in less than 15 days is not considered detachment.

The system automatically detects a non-browsing state, but it is recommended that you disconnect inactive connections by clicking '''Delete''' next to the relevant connection ID <ref>If you have several connections associated with the account, you can identify the id of the account, according to the latest activity listed on the Billing information page.</ref> on the Billing information page , or click on '''Dissociate connection''' Next to the relevant connection ID on the Filter Settings page, (If your account is monitored by [[Kehilla Supervision]], this option is locked, and you should contact the Kehilla supervisor <ref>If there are several connections associated with the account, please note the connection ID you want to disconnect.</ref>). ====כרטיס אשראי====
בכדי להגדיר כרטיס אשראי לתשלום, יש להיכנס לאיזור האישי בדף [https://netfree.link/user/#/user/payment '''תשלומים'''] ללחוץ על הלחצן '''לחץ כאן כדי להגדיר הוראת קבע בכרטיס אשראי''', לצורכי אבטחה תתבקשו להזין את הסיסמא שלכם לאיזור האישי, אחר כך להזין את פרטי הכרטיס ולאשר.

תוכלו בכל עת למחוק את הכרטיס או להחליף לכרטיס אחר בדף התשלומים.

הגבייה באשראי מתבצעת ב-20 לחודש הלועזי. וב-10 וב-15 של החודש הבא, נעשה ניסיון גבייה נוסף למי שלא הצליחו לגבות ממנו ב-20 לחודש.

באם יתרת החוב שלכם עומדת על פחות מ-10 שקלים הוא לא ייגבה באשראי, אלא יצטרף לתשלום החודשי הבא עד שיצטברו יותר מ-10 שקלים.

====העברה בנקאית====
אם אין לכם אפשרות להוראת קבע בכרטיס אשראי ניתן לשלם גם בהעברה בנקאית.

תשלום באמצעות העברה בנקאית מתקבל רק בתשלום מראש על מינימום 90 ש"ח (שמספיק למנוי רגיל ל-6 חודשים (15*6)), העברות מתחת לסכום הנ"ל לא יחושבו.

יש לבצע העברה (של כל סכום מעל 90 ש"ח) לחשבון בנק של 'נטפרי ע"ר' בנק פאג"י (52) סניף 180 מספר חשבון 831093.

במידת הצורך, ניתן להוריד דרישה לתשלום בלחיצה על '''הורד דרישה לתשלום''' בדף התשלומים.

אחרי ביצוע ההעברה חובה לדווח לנטפרי על פרטי העברה המדויקים בכדי שיוכלו להתאים את ההעברה לחשבון שלכם בנטפרי, (לתשומת לבכם! בשום אופן לא יינתן החזר, גם אם ההעברה נעשתה בטעות). יש להיכנס לאיזור האישי בדף 'תשלומים', וללחוץ על השורה '''אם אין לכם אפשרות להוראת קבע בכרטיס אשראי לחצו פה כדי להעביר בהעברה בנקאית''', למלא את הפרטים הנדרשים, וללחוץ על '''דווח על העברה'''.

שימו לב! יש להקפיד לבצע את הדיווח מהחשבון שאותו רוצים לזכות.

====תשלום באמצעות הספק====
משתמשים המחוברים לנטפרי באמצעות הספקים RL ו-X2ONE, יכולים לשלם ישירות באמצעות הספק. תשלום באמצעות הספק שימושי במקרה בו אין אפשרות לשלם ישירות לנטפרי באמצעי תשלום נתמך בנטפרי.

אפשרות זו אינה מומלצת ע"י נטפרי היות והיא מקשה על התמיכה בלקוחות.

===תשלום עבור חשבון אחר===

ניתן לשלם עבור משתמש אחר ע"י הוספת חיבורים לחיוב לחשבון שלכם (למרות שהגדרות הגלישה לא מקושרות לחשבונכם). יש להיכנס לדף [https://netfree.link/user/#/user/payment-other זה], (ניתן להגיע לדף זה גם ע"י לחיצה על '''שלם עבור משתמש אחר''' בדף התשלומים), להכניס את מזהה החיבור עליו אתם רוצים לשלם, וללחוץ על '''הוסף''', לצורכי אבטחה תתבקשו להזין את הסיסמא שלכם לאיזור האישי.
