Specific groups can be submitted for review.

Submit the group directly from the blockpage, by clicking "Submit for review".

To unsubscribe from a group that is blocked:

You can send an email to <group name>+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com, in place of <group name> write the name of the group. (Group name before address).
