In Windows 10/11, there is a limited mode named S Mode, it limits the pc and you can't install apps except from the Windows Store.
To switch from S mode to normal mode, there is a dedicated application for this in the Windows Store, and it is open on NetFree, but its installation in Netfree requires a NetFree security certificate, and the certificate installation software does not work as long as they are in S mode.
The solution is to manually install the certificate, Restart Your Computer and then install the exit safe mode app from the store.
