[You must install a the Waze app and run it, confirm until you reach the map. Then close the app.
Then go to 'File Explorer' and replace the file
/data/data/com.waze/cacert.pem with
this file
(The file must be extracted).
(On a regular Smartphone / Tablet you must first perform a ROOT to your device)
Then run the app again, everything should work, and the pictures are also filtered.
