Following many inquiries from users who asked for guidance on how to block the news sites in order to avoid exposure to disturbing images, we have prepared a video tutorial showing how to block these sites and how to access text news updates without disturbing or graphic content which can cause long-term mental trauma.

In addition, it is recommended that those who have minors in their home who use the Internet, monitor their use of Google chat groups and consider blocking access to these groups in order to prevent exposure to disturbing content to which they may be indirectly exposed through this means. Therefore, the guide also includes an explanation of how to block Google chat.

In addition, we are attaching an article that was published in the recent days with the aim of increasing public awareness of the need to strengthen mental resilience and to avoid continuous consumption of news, the article includes advice and recommendations for dealing mentally with the recent events and maintaining mental health during this period.
