In cases where the standard installation does not work, the certificate can be installed manually.
Option A – Run REG file:
This method requires administrator privileges.

Right-click the link above → Save As, and run the downloaded file by double-clicking it with the left mouse button.
Option B – Run BAT file:
When you do not have administrator privileges, you can run the following file:

Right-click the link above → Save As, and run the downloaded file by double-clicking it with the left mouse button.
With this method as well, you may receive security prompts that need to be approved before the installation runs.
Option C – Manual installation of the certificates directly into the store:
When you do not have administrator privileges and the previous option (B) does not help, perform a manual installation using the following method:
Download the five files from the following links:

https://netfree.link/cacert/united/root_ca_secp384r1.crt

Alternatively, download the ZIP file and extract the certificates from it:

Search on your computer for "Manage user certificates" or for the word "Certificates" and open it:
In the window that opens, double-click "Trusted Root Certification Authorities":
In the next screen, select the "Certificates" folder:
Select "Action > All Tasks > Import":
Click Next:
Click "Browse" to select the certificate files:
Select the first certificate, finish and confirm by clicking "Next" several times until the Finish button appears, after which a message will pop up confirming that the import is complete.
Repeat this process for all five certificates.
If your browser is open, restart it after completing the installation.
