New Version of the NetFree Filtering System

To switch from edit view to read view
After a development, deployment, and testing period with a large number of users, the filtering engine has been updated to a new version aimed at improving performance and stability.
Why the upgrade was performed
- Performance: Faster filtering and reduced disconnections and browsing delays.
- Stability and maintenance: Infrastructure reorganization to reduce failures and bugs.
The new system is currently in a testing and gradual rollout phase toward replacing the existing system.
Who this is currently relevant for
After deployment and testing with many users, and following an extensive round of fixes, we are migrating connections to the new version.
Connections that have already been migrated
- Users connected to filtering via the NetFree Software (WiFree 3).
- Customers of Kosher SIM on Partner.
- Customers of Yossi Communication.
- Bezeq customers.
- Customers of Amit Net.
- Customers of 099.
Connections currently in the process of migration
- Some 019 customers who were proactively migrated by NetFree.
- Some customers of IB Communication (they must request connection to the new version).
- Some customers of RL Internet (they must request connection to the new version).
- Some HOT customers who were proactively migrated by NetFree.
❗ We periodically migrate additional customers, and the details above may not be fully up-to-date or accurate.
How to check if you are on the new version
Go to the following address: https://api.internal.netfree.link/isnew
- If
1appears — you are connected to the new version. - If
errorappears — you are connected to the old version.
Connecting to the new version
At this stage, connection to the new version is available through the providers listed above.
Reporting issues
The new version is expected to be improved and more efficient, but since this is a new system, issues may occur.
If you encounter a problem that did not exist in the old version:
- Contact us via the Support Ticket System.
- Explicitly state: "I am on the new version".
- It is recommended to include: the time of the issue, the type of connection (provider / WiFree 3), and the link or action where the issue occurs.
