A site that suddenly does not open

Description: The site does not open at all and there is no blockage page from NetFree.

Unable to send email through software for RL client

Description: The software is trying to send email via SMTP and it encounters a TIMEOUT error. It happens because the ISP - RL, blocks sending emails.

Solution: Contact RL to fix the issue.

Windows updates is blocked

By default, windows updates are blocked via RL, for the purpose of saving network traffic, to change the setting contact the provider, although not recommended, as this can use up a tremendous amount of data. (You can check if this is a problem caused by the personal filter settings or caused by the ISP by accessing this link http://update.microsoft.com/test, if it appears 404, it's not a vendor's block).

A CAPTCHA image does not come back from the test

Description: There are various sites that, in order to ensure that the answer is not generated by a computer, they use a captcha image that includes letters or numbers that appear distorted on the screen and the user has to identify them and type them.
